The opportunity
The EY Talent Team is looking for a Talent Attraction and Acquisition Intern.
Your key responsibilities
- Being part of a diverse variety of recruitment missions;
- Identifying, attracting and communicating with talented people;
- Helping create and provide innovative sourcing strategies;
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with talent to generate and improve recruitment pipeline.
Skills and attributes for success
You’ll need to be naturally curious, ready to learn and have a genuine passion for finding the right people for the right roles.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- You are in the final year of master’s degree - Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or related areas
- Interest in the areas of recruitment and employer branding
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese
- Thriving in a multinational environment
- Experience in IT Tools, such as Excel and Word
- Availability to undertake a 3-month to 6-month internship, on a full-time basis
